MOTUM Technologies was founded on 2 May 2018 from the union of three business projects with a clear purpose: to offer agile, flexible solutions under the IT360 concept. In our early days we focused on strategy, process governance and physical and digital identity, combining product, professional services and advanced platforms with a disruptive spirit.
Between 2020 and 2021, driven by the team's experience and very solid financial growth, the business model evolved naturally towards technology engineering and specialisation in operational and critical environments (OT).
The big turning point came between 2024 and 2025. After years of consolidation, MOTUM expanded strongly thanks to being awarded managed services projects of international relevance, a milestone that accelerated our growth exponentially and strengthened our position in the market. With a presence in Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga and A Coruña, and international operations in Morocco, Italy, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, the corporate structure also matured: at the end of 2025, the management team unified shareholder control to align ownership with the company's strategic management.
This refoundation gave way to a deep brand renewal reflecting the strength we had achieved. We left behind the stage where value depended on individuals to become a synchronised organisation, whose new emblem is Infinite Movement.
Today, this continuous movement is delivered through our Smart Managed Services, applying the SMART methodological rigour to industrial cybersecurity, networks and regulations such as NIS2. We look to the future with clear goals: strengthening the sales division, building high-value alliances and prioritising our team's internal training and certification, driving high-impact careers so we can keep protecting operations wherever our clients create their real value.
